Bradley Hercules Screen Mills
|
Hercules Screen Mill have been the workhorses of the quarrying
industry for more than 90 years. They can grind feeds as large as 2 1/2" down to
desired fineness in a single operation without auxiliary sizing equipment. For a given
feed, product size can be changed by changing the internal screen -- from 90% passing 10
mesh to 60% passing 200 mesh.
Because power usage goes up with the number of roll assemblies but efficiency depends as much on force as on surface area, Hercules Screen Mills employ a minimum number of heavy assemblies to yield more tons per HP than other designs. Automatic feed control insures high output without constant attention. And complete access makes maintenance easy. For limestone, phosphate rock, marble, clinker and other duties, there is no more efficient and economical mill.
